Senses of Morocco is a creative exploration of Morocco through Casablanca, Tangier, Chefchaouen and Fes culminating in a creative desert retreat at Café Tissardmine. Combining creative nonfiction, poetry, photography and artwork, it reflects a journey shaped as much by observation and imagination as by place.

The work began during an artists' and writers' journey through Morocco, travelling from the iconic Casablanca to the blue streets of Chefchaouen, the ancient medina of Fes and the shifting dunes of the Sahara. Along the way, writing, photography and creative practice became a way of connecting with the landscape and culture.

Senses of Morocco is currently being updated as a book to be released as part of the Senses series, accompanied by an interactive StoryMap.
